At Grangewood our experienced and well-qualified team works extremely hard to help people achieve their long-term goals. We are therefore confident that our competitively priced YOURplan wealth management framework offers extremely good value for money. This means that (unlike many other financial-planning firms) we are very happy to be upfront about what we charge.

Fees structure

We are entirely fees based, meaning that you pay us to work for you. Those fees – a combination of per-job and annual charges – are calculated based on the following elements:

1. Fees payable when we first start working together

Preparation of your Financial Plan and Recommendations	£1,950
Plus:
Initial Investment	0.47% of value invested
Implementation of Non-Investment Recommendations	From £850 depending upon time and complexity involved

2. Fees payable each year

Annual Service Fee on assets up to £1 million	0.70% of assets advised upon (subject to a minimum of £1,750 per year)
Annual Service Fee on assets over £1 million	0.50%

3. Any other fees

Adding new money to existing investments	1% of the value invested (reducing to Nil if we provide an on-going service on assets exceeding £600,000)
Advice on a new investment based product	From £850 depending upon time and complexity involved
Plus:
Implementation of Investment Recommendations	0.47% of value invested (reducing to Nil if we provide an on-going service on assets exceeding £600,000)
Advice and if applicable Implemenation of a non-Investment based product	From £850 depending upon time and complexity involved

Please note:

When fees are quoted to you, they are based upon our standard hourly rates which are:

Chartered Wealth Manager £170
Paraplanner £67
Administration £53

Advisory fees are payable for the time we spend assisting you and are payable in all circumstances.

Implementation fees only apply if you proceed with the advice we have given to you.
